Chia & Basil Difference
Sometimes it has been misunderstood as Basil
seeds (تخ ملنگا) which is also an edible seed used for many purposes and eaten
after soaking in water. Chia seed can also be eaten both ways, raw or soaked.

Let me tell you the difference between
Chia and Basil seeds:
Both are used after soaking and form a gel but chia seeds can also be
consumed raw. Chia seeds can be used in more recipes than basil.
Both have almost the same amount of calories but Chia seeds have more
nutritional value because of their high content of Omega-3 fatty acids almost
double that of basil seeds. Omega-3 fatty acids help to build and maintain a
healthy body.
