Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 2999.
- We charge Rs. 199 on all orders under the value of Rs. 2999 for 1.0 kg and Rs. 100 for additional each kg.
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next day
- We do not dispatch orders on Sundays & holidays.
- Orders received on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Delivery time is between 1 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays).
Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the return (if qualified)
- Refunds will be made via bank or coupons that can be used towards a future order
- Refunds & Exchanges will ONLY be provided if products are damaged.*
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Cancellation & Refunds for Pre-Paid orders:
Orders that are pre-paid through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer, are canceled will be refunded by the same medium the payment was made and in the same account. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We will send an order cancellation confirmation message to your email.
Shipping
You (customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
